Case Studies
All Saints Academy, Dunstable
We were approached by All Saints Academy to help them create a brand and roll out a marketing campaign for their brand new site. There was a very tight deadline to achieve a full project requirement and we had to design a brand, provide conceptual ideas and print the initial stationery requirements and a prospectus within 3 weeks. This is how the project ran:
Brand Creation
The Academy already had a logo but no creative work had been done to support this. We created some conceptual ideas and the Academy Principle and his team selected the design they preferred which we then applied to a full set of stationery and had printed and delivered. We did this within 2 weeks of receiving the brief.
Prospectus
Within 3 weeks of our initial meeting, we had also produced a stunning prospectus for the Academy. Despite the pressure of time, we organised a full on-site photo shoot and provided a text editing service. Once mock-ups had been supplied and proofs amended we advised on the print finishes that could be applied to the prospectus and the finished article was printed and delivered on time and well within budget.
Website
Naturally, the Academy was keen to get their website designed and uploaded as soon as possible so after discussions with our technical web expert, their website was designed and live within 8 weeks. The website has subsequently been developed further to incorporate the 6th Form offering. The site was built using a CMS system, allowing the school to have control over the content and to be able to add articles as required.
Exhibition Stands
We designed and produced portable pop-up style exhibition stands which provided the Academy with flexible usage and an easy to store facility.
Newsletters
The Academy then asked us to produce a newsletter, so we created a template and organised the print for the initial and subsequent editions.
PR
Naturally proud of their achievements, the Academy was keen to get some publicity in their local newspapers so we wrote and sent out professional press releases which were published in the local press.
Open Day and Staff Advertising
We have placed a number of adverts for the Academy to publicise their Open Days and also to recruit for members of staff. As experts in advertising, we were able to create impactful adverts and obtain the best rates available both in the local papers and in the TES.
Summary
We have been able to assist All Saints Academy across all of their creative marketing requirements, keeping the brand consistent and working to the deadlines they needed to achieve.
